2. Nature of our services
Our services are educational and coaching in nature. They include free resources (such as guided audio programs and live sessions) and paid programs (such as guided journeys and memberships). Our work focuses on daily practices for inner alignment, gratitude, reflection, and emotional release.
3. Important: not medical or psychological treatment
Our programs, sessions, and content are not a substitute for medical treatment, psychotherapy, psychiatric care, or professional counselling. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical or psychological condition, including insomnia, anxiety, or depression.
If you are experiencing a medical or mental health condition, or acute distress, please seek help from a qualified medical or mental health professional. Participation in our programs is not a replacement for that care and you remain responsible for your own health decisions.
4. No guarantee of results
Our programs describe practices that participants may find helpful. Individual experiences vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome - including improvements in sleep, emotional state, relationships, business results, or finances. Any descriptions of participant experiences are individual accounts, not promises of what you will experience.
5. Registration and accuracy of information
When registering for any program or session, you agree to provide accurate and current information, including a working WhatsApp number and email address so we can deliver joining links and program communication. You are responsible for keeping your contact details up to date.
6. Payments and refunds
Some programs are paid. Prices, payment terms, and any applicable refund terms are communicated at the point of purchase for each specific program. Unless expressly stated otherwise for a program, payments are non-refundable once access to the program has been provided.
7. Live sessions
Live sessions are delivered online at the scheduled date and time. We may reschedule a session where necessary, in which case registered participants will be informed by WhatsApp or email. Where a session is stated to be live-only, no recording or replay will be provided.
During guided practices, participate only to your level of comfort. Do not take part in guided relaxation practices while driving or operating machinery.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website and in our programs - including text, audio, video, frameworks, workbooks, and design - is owned by Sandeep Maskara / Positive Growth Society or used with permission. This includes our program names and frameworks such as the 3R Inner Alignment Method™, Pressure to Peace Experience™, Pressure to Peace Journey, 7-Star Life Architect™, and Five Architects of Life™.
You may use the content for your personal, non-commercial benefit. You may not record, reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share program content, session recordings, or materials without our prior written permission.
9. Acceptable conduct
When participating in live sessions or community spaces, you agree to behave respectfully towards the facilitator and other participants, not to record or screenshot other participants, and not to use the sessions to promote your own products or services. We may remove any participant whose conduct disrupts the experience of others.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sandeep Maskara and Positive Growth Society will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or participation in our programs. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific program giving rise to the claim.
11. Third-party platforms
Our services rely on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Google, and Meta. We are not responsible for interruptions, changes, or data practices of these platforms. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
